13 The Lakes is a single storey lodge with an open plan living space containing a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and air fryer, along with a dining area and sitting area with an electric fire, TV and games console. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite basin and WC, and two twins, all with TVs.

The bathroom hosts a bath with shower over, basin and WC. Outside, the lodge enjoys a wraparound veranda with furniture and a sofa, along with off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. On-site facilities include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, shop, bar, play area and climbing walls.

You will find a shop within 0.1 miles, a pub within 0.1 miles, a lake within 0.1 miles, and a beach within 0.3 miles. After a day spent along the coast in Lincolnshire, return to 13 The Lakes and admire the lake views.
