Cot, highchair stairgate and hairdryer available. There is also an external games room with table football and table tennis. Off road parking for 10 cars, covered area for bike storage and a side patio and rear lawn with furniture and a BBQ. Note: Fenced off shallow brook near garden, children to be supervised.
