Situated within easy walking distance of the village of Mellor, this delightful cottage is perfectly placed to visit some of the most well-known places in Lancashire. Mellor itself offers a traditional village pub, local shop, church and library. Positioned in the timeless landscape of rural Lancashire, the area is relatively undiscovered but is fast becoming known for its culinary delights with range of popular eateries and gastro pubs nearby.

For a cultural experience, explore the two historic market towns of Clitheroe and Longridge, brimming with electric boutiques, fine restaurants and historic treasures. For the adventurous, walk part of the 70 mile Ribble Way, taking in the magnificent unspoilt views. Other local places of interest include Clitheroe Castle, Bowland Wild Boar Park and Browsholme Hall.

Further afield, trips to Blackpool, the Lake District or the Yorkshire Dales are a must. Step into the property and you will be welcomed into the modern kitchen which is well equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Moving through the property, you will find yourself in the cosy lounge with comfy sofas to curl up into whilst you watch your favourite film in front of the fire.

There is also another sitting area at the other side of the cottage which is enclosed and looks towards the fields, perfect to unwind in too.
