Accessed via some external stairs, head through the front door and into the hallway where you can leave your walking boots or flip-flops. The twin bedroom is well-appointed and has lovely countryside views from the window. Adjacent to this is the shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, you will find the bright and airy open-plan living area.

Prepare and cook delicious meals and picnics in the practical kitchen, sit around the cosy table for two, or get comfortable on the lounge sofas and flick on a TV show or film. Immediately outside is a sunny patio area which has a bistro patio set for you to dine alfresco or enjoy an evening tipple. Mundesley (2 miles) is a pretty Victorian seaside village.

The golden sandy shoreline is spacious and fabulous for swimming and sunbathing. Within the village, you will also find several cafes, shops and a pub. If you are a couple who love long walks, head off along the Norfolk Coast Path which winds 84 miles along the coastline and passes superb views. You will also be able to easily access the bustling town of Cromer (8.5 miles) or spend a day at the National Trust's Felbrigg Hall, Gardens and Estate (10.5 miles).
