The heart of the house is its open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, positioned in an L-shape with the kitchen tucked away around the corner. As well as the living area with cushy seating and a Smart TV, you'll also find a small office space with a desk and chair, ideal for those who have a little bit of work to catch up on before they can truly relax.

Stepping outside, the rear garden offers a grassy lawn and generous patio space, furnished for your alfresco evenings. There is private off-road parking for two cars. The property sits on the edge of the town of North Walsham, around 1 mile from the town centre.

Steeped in East Anglian history, this lovely locale features ancient architecture, a regular market and plenty of welcoming pubs offering an abundance of Norfolk charm. Similarly lively is the city centre of Norwich, accessible on the train or via a 16-mile drive. In the opposite direction, Bacton Beach (4 miles) is one to visit with a wide stretch of golden sand on the Norfolk Coast Path, within easy reach of both the coastal National Landscape and The Broads.
