Dolphins is a comfortably property, only a short walk from South Sands Beach. This property boasts wonderful views of the Salcombe Estuary and occupies an enviable position within Salcombe. The property has an open plan design with a modern kitchen, dining area and lounge with sliding doors which open out onto the terrace.
Three bedrooms are set up as twins with two 3' single beds and two feature large en-suite shower rooms whilst the fourth bedroom has a King-size bed. There are two family bathrooms, the first with a bath and the second with a shower. Moreover, there is a large terrace with outdoor furniture, over an acre of gardens and off-road parking for up to four cars.
