After exploring Bideford, head to nearby Westward Ho! for a traditional seaside experience, with golden sands, an arcade, and fish and chips shops.

Other lovely beaches nearby include Saunton and Croyde, both known for their great surf. For an outdoor adventure, the South West Coast Path and the Tarka Trail are great for walking and cycling, with stunning views out to Lundy Island.
