The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up a picnic, meal or a few snacks. Dine at the table and admire the river views as you tuck in. Enjoy further river views from the master bedroom; the perfect way to wake up and kick start your day. This ground floor apartment has access to a beautifully situated garden.

Take a seat outside and enjoy a coffee in the morning as you watch the ebb and flow of the water and the boats bobbing by. If you fancy taking to the water yourself, with direct access to the beach you are able to launch our own canoe. You can also hop on the local, seasonal ferry between Instow and Appledore, each under 4 miles away.

At both of these quaint villages you can enjoy a dinner of fish and chips on the harbour after wandering the estuary front and enjoying delicious food with superb views. Make the 13 mile trip to the cobbled streets of Clovelly and go searching for waterfalls, fresh seafood and donkeys, or stop off at the market town of Bideford, 2.5 miles from home and enjoy a spot of shopping.
