Get comfortable on the deep sofas and turn on the TV, or dive into the games drawer to choose your evening entertainment.

You’ll find a shower room with step-free access and a king-size bedroom on the ground floor, offering excellent accessibility with its large sliding door to the kitchen. Ascend the steep open-tread stairs to reach the mezzanine landing with its seating area, and you’ll discover another charming bedroom with a double bed and a sloping ceiling.

An adjacent annexe is available, with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Outside, the property is surrounded by a gravel terrace shaded by mature trees, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. You’ll love the sweeping views across the Plynlimon Mountains and the Dyfi estuary from the south-facing viewpoint above the property. Situated just above the historical Roman landmark of Frongoch, you’ll find yourself in the southern reaches of Snowdonia National Park, surrounded by spectacular scenery.

You’ll have access to numerous winding trails that lead through mountain ranges and along the banks of the River Dyfi, ultimately leading you to the picturesque village of Aberdovey (3 miles) and its wide sandy beach, pubs, shops and cafes.
