Configured to suit large groups of different types, it sleeps eight in four bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms, and offers a choice of spaces, inside and out, in which to gather together and celebrate your special occasion or sneak off and have a quiet moment alone.

The gardens are particularly wonderful, offering the chance to dine alfresco while admiring the gorgeous outlook, and when you step beyond your gate you're right in the New Forest, ready to head out on the many trails through its beautiful heathlands and forests. Country-house charm mingles with modern amenities in this spacious home.

Prepare to be wowed by its unique feature - a magnificent garden dining room with a pitched, glazed roof, the perfect spot for special celebrations, delicious suppers or after-dinner stargazing. If you feel like a change, there's a formal dining hall which also has an atmospheric feel. For relaxing together, the handsome lounge has an open fire and a Smart TV, and enjoys a timeless atmosphere of elegance and comfort, and there's also a snug area which enjoys fabulous views and would be a great place to curl up with a book.

The kitchen has that farmhouse classic, a fire-engine-red Aga, but if you feel nervous about using it, no worries - there's also an electric oven and a microwave. For the benefit of large parties, there's a second fridge/freezer in an outbuilding, along with the washing machine. There are four bedrooms (a super-king-size, a double and two twins), of which one is on the ground floor, while the others are upstairs; two have en-suite bathrooms with a shower over the bath, one has an en-suite shower room, and the fourth has an en-suite WC.

The mature gardens include a huge lawn on which little ones and pets can run around while you watch over them from the terrace. Pour a drink, light the BBQ and then dine alfresco while admiring the spectacular views.
