Descend two steps into the lounge, where dual-aspect views captivate, with a vast picture window offering glimpses of open fields and Ullswater Lake in the distance.

In spring, you might see lambs in the fields while you unwind in the comfortable seating area by another crackling wood burner. Upstairs, three bedrooms await with feature beams, one with an en-suite shower and WC, and a family bathroom with a bath with a shower over.Step outside to the large, enclosed garden with an extensive lawn and patio.

A shed provides storage for bikes and sports equipment, while a charming garden house, perched overlooking fields and fells, offers the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful countryside, even on chilly nights. Due to the levels within the garden and the small stream which runs along the top of the garden, young children should be supervised.
