Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included, with a stairgate and highchair available. Outside there is off-road parking for several cars, a lawned garden, decking with furniture, and a hot tub (available for an additional charge). One well-behaved pet is welcome, with options for up to three dogs by arrangement, and the property is strictly no smoking, no parties, and adults-only groups over 25.
