Penlon is a beautifully restored miner's cottage, now Grade II listed, near the River Rheidol in Mid Wales, two miles from the village of Capel Bangor. The cottage has two bedrooms; a twin room and a room with bunk beds on the ground floor. There is also a shower room, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a woodburner and a sofa bed.
Outside, the garden is lawned with furniture and across the road at the front of the cottage runs the River Rheidol, across which lies a paddock where sheep are occasionally kept. In a wonderful position for walking and cycling, and exploring this beautiful, diverse region, Penlon is a charming holiday base for friends and families alike.

One well-behaved dog welcome (to be kept on lead when sheep are in the paddock). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: River and paddock across the road from property, paddock may be occupied by sheep.
