Two sofas ensure a place for everyone, whilst the piano adds an element of grandeur. The whole property is filled with quirky flourishes, from the paned windows to the exposed beams and fantastic fireplaces, adding charm to each and every room. The kitchen and dining area are separated with a large archway, creating a lovely social area for cooking and eating.

Having been finished to a high standard in muted tones, the kitchen is sure to get your creative juices flowing as you cook up a feast for all. Each of the bedrooms is upstairs and access by a characterful yet steep staircase. Each have been decorated in their own unique style, with neutral colour palettes and plenty of storage for your belongings.

Outside, tables and chairs can be found on the patio area, perfect for al fresco dining, whilst the lovely lawn is surrounded by mature plants with plenty of space for garden games or for dogs to stretch their legs. Situated adjacent to Moccas Park National Nature Reserve, this area is incredibly diverse with plantlife and trees as well as a whole host of wildlife providing a picturesque pathway and picnic spot.

Just 5 miles away is The Weir Garden, a National Trust property situated on the River Wye where you can enjoy a day in the tranquil surroundings before stopping off at the tea room for a tasty treat. Spend a day in the cathedral city of Hereford (11 miles) and you can soak up the rich culture and history sprinkled throughout, as well as the fantastic foodie scene.
